Product Governance Framework

In light of the FCA’s General insurance pricing practices market study and the enhanced Product Governance Guidelines, Just Insurance Agents Limited t/a Just Travel Cover (JTC) have prepared the following in relation to the Governance Framework in respect of the Travel Insurance products that you access.

Just Travel Cover distributes products through a network of sub-brokers/wholesale partners. Just Travel Cover has agreements in place with a number of Insurance Providers and Managing General Agents who are considered to be the product Manufacturer/Co Manufacturer. The roles for each of the parties in the Product Approval Process differ depending on the agreement and this is set out in our individual agreements.

Just Travel Cover acts as a Distributor and as such has obtained from the Manufacturers of its products, all appropriate information on the insurance products they offer.
