Over the next 6 months you will have the opportunity to gain 1,800 ‘airmiles’ (points) for your opportunity to win our biggest prize ever!
As you earn your airmiles, you will move through the six check points. Every check point will inch you closer to boarding the plane and being entered into the prize draw for your chance to win an all-inclusive holiday for two, one week paid annual leave, free Travel Insurance policy for two, taxi transfers to and from the airport AND £500 spending money.

Where will you be staying?
You will be staying in the GF Gran Costa Adeje.
Located in a peaceful part of Costa Adeje, you can relax by the glistening waters of the palm tree-lined pools, with the rooftop adults-only poo

You can get airmiles every week, and there are bonus airmiles up for grabs monthly too!
Not only that, but there’s also a “Director’s Choice” award, where 150 points (airmiles) will be awarded every month to the staff member who has gone above and beyond, as voted by the board!
Weekly
- Achieve 100% Attendance and receive 25 airmiles.
- Being logged in on time everyday and receive 25 airmiles.
- Receive a named positive review and get 10 airmiles per review!
Monthly
- 100% Attendance for the full month = 50 airmiles.
- Receive 5+ named reviews in one month and get a bonus 50 airmiles.
- Achieve an Individual Comfort/Refreshments time below the office average for the month by 1 minute or less you will receive 75 airmiles. If you achieve the equivalent of the office average or within 1 minute you will earn 50 airmiles and if your over the office average by 1 minute, you will get 25 airmiles.


AUGUST
Abby’s stats for the month were very impressive including max points for attendance and comfort/refreshment breaks.

JULY
Kayleigh’s performance throughout July was excellent, ticking all the boxes in the weekly & monthly T&C’s.
It was a tough decision but based on overall competence and online reviews – Kayleigh secured the win for the second time!

JUNE
Abby demonstrated motivation and engagement throughout the whole of June.
Not only did she contribute towards competitions, producing the idea for June’s Monthly Competition she also stepped up and handled more tasks to support the department when asked.

MAY
Amy has been awarded the Director’s Choice for May for carrying out testing to a new area of the system, where her in-depth knowledge proved invaluable. Not only that Amy has spent time coaching Nyomi and Outworx as well as helping our new Business Admin Apprentice Emma settle into the JTC family.

Layla has been an asset to the JIAL family this May as she took on both Commercial and the Finance Department under her wing. Layla has also been working hard with a number of HR & Compliance tasks behind the scenes as well as continuing to help develop her colleagues around her and across the call centre.

Kayleigh was top of the leader board for the number of reviews in April.
Working part-time this is an outstanding achievement and with such fantastic feedback from our customers.

MARCH
Nyomi represented the company at a school fair, and went above and beyond with training new members of the team.
She showed real commitment, going the extra mile by coming into work early so she was best prepared for the training she was about to deliver.

Allocation of airmiles
- If you have holidays in for the full week, you will automatically receive your timekeeping points for the week.
- There is no maximum limit for weekly reviews. Get 10 named reviews get 100 airmiles.
- Office Average for each month with be published month end when monthly airmiles are allocated. Airmiles will not be allocated if your individual average comfort/refreshment is > 1min. Airmiles will not be allocated to any individual if the Office Average for Comfort/Refreshment is > 4 mins
Airmiles Deductions
- Uncommunicated absence/not following correct absence procedure = Minus 25 Airmiles
- Customer Service complaints (upheld) = Minus 25 Airmiles
Earning Additional Entries into the Prize Draw
- For every additional 300 airmiles achieved over the 1,800 = 1 additional entry
- 100% Attendance for the whole period of the competition = 5 additional entries
- Director’s Choice for the whole period of the competition (one person) = 5 additional entries
- 90% or above Pass Rate on Competency Assessments for the period of the competition = 5 additional entries
Disqualification from the Prize Draw
- If you are put on a Performance Improvement Plan during the competition period, you will be disqualified.
- Any new warning or escalation to disciplinary (i.e., Bradford Score increases again, Performance related/Misconduct), you will be disqualified.
Subject to Financial Red Line set by the Finance Department
- The prize is a 1-week, All Inclusive Holiday on Saturday 02/12/2023 – Saturday 09/12/2023. This includes 1 week’s additional paid holiday entitlement, £500 spending money, a travel insurance policy for 2 passengers and airport transfers.
- The holiday booking can be amended at the Competition Winner’s own cost, however, should the dates of the holiday be changed, 1 week’s paid holiday entitlement will only be valid if agreed in advance by Call Centre Management.
- The holiday booking can be transferred to a Third Party at the Competition Winner’s own cost.
- 1 week’s paid holiday entitlement applies to the Competition Winner only.
- The Travel Insurance policy included is provided for this trip and for the Competition Winner and their travelling companion only. No transfer to a Third Party if the Competition Winner does not accept prize themselves. If an update to the Travel Insurance policy is required after inception, or to add additional traveller(s), this will be at the Competition Winner’s own cost.
- Open to Call Centre Travel Department staff only who have a minimum of 3 months’ service at the start date of the competition. The staff member be in the employment of Just Travel Cover at the time the trip is due to take place. Should a member of staff leave employment before the trip start date the holiday will be forfeited and redrawn.
- There is no restriction on the number of entries an individual can have in the draw.
- The Competition Winner will be selected at random and will be announced by Friday 8th September 2023.
- Any recorded absence or unauthorised leave, regardless of the reason/circumstance, attendance airmiles will not be awarded.
- 100% Attendance airmiles will be allocated weekly & monthly if applicable – if an individual misses out on any of these points, they do not qualify for the extra 5 entries into the prize draw.
- Positive Reviews – Airmiles will only be allocated for reviews on policies purchased during the competition period from 6th March 2023 until Thursday 31st August 2023. Any reviews for policies purchased outside of this period will not be counted.
- It is the responsibility of the Competition Winner to ensure they, and their travelling companion, have valid passports, meet all required travel requirements, and obtain any vaccinations and visas required to take part in the prize.
- No cash alternative for this prize or part thereof. There is only 1 holiday to be won with no runner up prizes.
- By participating in this competition, you agree to give your consent for Just Travel Cover to use your personal information including photographic images for use in our internal and external promotional material including social media.
- If your entry does not comply with our Terms and Conditions, this will not be accepted. Directors’ decision is final.
