If you already have a policy with us, you can manage this from your online account.

Activate your account today

You must activate an account in order to access your quotes and policies and make any mid term adjustments.

Once your account is activated you can login to view quotations, purchase your saved quote, download documents and amend or renew your policy.

If you have obtained a quotation or purchased a policy from us in the last 30 days, active your account below.

Unable to login to MyAccount?

If you have accessed your account before and are unable to remember your password, you can reset this by selecting ‘forgotten password’ and following the steps to reset your password.

You’ll need to use the email address linked to your policy to reset your password, once your password has been reset you will be logged into your account.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you purchased your policy, we’ll need to assist with your account activation, you can call us or chat with us via live chat.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you obtained your quotation, it will no longer be available in your account –  you’ll need to get a new quote.

How can I amend my policy?

You can amend the following parts of your policy online:

  • Amend Single Trip details, e.g. travel dates and destinations.
  • Add additional options (activities, winter sports and golf cover).
  • Add cruise cover
  • Update current and/or new medical conditions
  • Add Smart Luggage

Things you cannot do online:

  • Change the trip type (e.g change from single trip to annual)
  • Change group type (for example, you cannot change from a couple to family policy)
  • Make changes to lead traveller’s name/DOB

Renew your Annual Policy Online

Your annual multi-trip policy can be renewed from your online account.

We’ll email you 28 days before your policy is due to expire to let you know your renewal quotation is available.  You’ll then be able to login to review your quotation including medical screening and view your cover choices for the upcoming year.
