Just Travel Cover joins forces with Pharmacy2U 

Just Travel Cover has partnered with Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest NHS-approved online pharmacy, to provide guidance and support to travellers living with medical conditions. 

The partnership will see Pharmacy2U’s Superintendent Pharmacist, Phil Day, become Just Travel Cover’s medical consultant and brand ambassador, contributing to our website with a series of guides to provide help and support for those with medical conditions. 

The guides will call on Mr Day’s medical expertise of over 20 years’ experience, to answer questions about travelling with health conditions including diabetes, heart conditions and cancer. 

While transforming the repeat prescription industry in England with Pharmacy2U, who now deliver and dispense medicines to over half a million patients, Phil also became a qualified Independent Prescriber in 2011. Phil was also the lead pharmacist in a University College London study to assess the benefits of pharmacist-led interventions, for patients taking long term medicines. 

As a registered pharmacist in the UK with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), Phil was the ideal choice to become Just Travel Cover’s medical consultant.
