Existing Policies & Renewals
You can now amend the following parts of your policy online by logging into your account.
- Amend Single Trip details, eg. travel dates and destinations.
- Add addtional options (hazardous activities, winter sports and golf cover).
- Add cruise cover
- Update current and/or new medical conditions
- Add Smart Luggage
To renew your annual policy:
Is it time to renew your annual Travel Insurance policy? You can login now and renew if your policy expires within 28 days, for anything else you will need to call us on 0800 124 4649 to discuss.
To update an existing policy:
Login to your account now and update your policy travel dates, destination, optional extras and medical information. For anything else, please contact us directly.

If you’re struggling to login to your account, don’t have an account set up or wishing to amend one of the following, you will need to contact us directly:
Things you cannot do online:
- Change the trip type (e.g change from single trip to annual)
- Change group type (for example, you cannot change from a couple to family)
- Make changes to lead traveller’s name/DOB

All queries relating to a new or existing claims or medical assistance are handled by your insurers dedicated claims handling services.
